In 1962 we began to procuce Bowden cables in the company Klemos in Lenart. In 1983 we also began to produce plastic products. Since then we have been producing plastic foils for vacuum packing, mostly in food and pharmaceutical industry. In 1992 the company was renamed into TBP company of Bowden cables and plastic products. In 1995 it became a Joint-stock company. The company uses an abbreviation TBP Joint-stock company Lenart.

Settled production space, moder technological equipment and qualified expert personnel enable a production of 30 Million Bowden cables per year. Over 85% of our products are being placed to foreign markets.
Qualified team of young experts, organised in the Development – research service, assures that the company is able to handle the most demanding projects and that it is considered trustworthly by great car producers. More and more we are being chosen for a development firm.

Educated and highly qualified personnel assure good organised production, which is confirmed by acquired standards of quality of the European automotive industry ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VDA 6.1 and ISO/TS 16949. TBP Joint-stock company Lenart acquired them among the first in Slovenia.
The business process is connected and supported by the modern information system, the use of system CATIA enables precise and fast information transfer, especially at the development of new products.

Because of all this we are direct suppliers of Bowden cables and some other products to the customers VW, AUDI, PORSCHE, SEAT, ŠKODA and LAMBORGHINI. Through system suppliers BROSE, VALEO, DELPHI, DR.SCHNEIDER, KIRCHOV, VITTE we also supply to other customers such as JAGUAR, BENTLEY, LANDROVER, FORD, GM.
